My name is John Loudon I look after our Business Development and have been involved with Auction for more than five years, having previously operated a pre and post tenancy services business. My key role in the business is to create and build relationships with partner agencies – estate/letting agents, solicitors, corporate institutions, deal packagers, sourcers etc – to offer the speed and security of sale uniquely offered by auction as a valuable addition to their existing business. I live in East Kilbride and, outside of work, I am a keen golfer although my enthusiasm somewhat outweighs my ability! I also enjoy the occasional glass of wine, and a trip to the Napa Valley wine region is high on my bucket list.
